HDLW43 series sheet metal leveling machine is a special equipment for roller metal sheet metal leveling, usually composed of power, host and electrical control and other parts.

Leveling machine features:

HDLW43 series sheet leveling machine is specially used for cold leveling of metal sheets. Using the working principle of multi-rollers, the sheets are repeatedly deformed between the upper and lower leveling rollers, stress is eliminated, and various original curvatures are gradually changed into a single one. Curvature (including the Six Singh effect) achieves the purpose of leveling. According to the requirement of leveling accuracy, rigid supporting rollers (wheels) are set outside the upper and lower rows of worker rollers to form a four-fold or six-fold roller group structure.
